Study On The Influence Factors Of Peasants' Entrepreneurship

The 19th CPC National Congress put forward to implement Rural Vitalization Strategy and points out that issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people are fundamental to China as they directly concern our country's stability and our people's well being.Addressing these issues should have a central place on the work agenda of the Party,and we must prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas.To build rural areas with thriving businesses,pleasant living environments,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,and prosperity,we need to put in place sound systems,mechanisms,and policies for promoting integrated urban-rural development,and speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.It shows CPC values the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people.We will promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas,support and encourage employment and business startups there,and open up more channels to increase rural incomes.This paper takes Yongchun County in Fujian Province as an example.On the basis of field study from the 302 entrepreneurial farmers in 10 case towns in Yongchun,the paper get related data to analyze the effective factors of entrepreneurial farmers,in order to improve farmers' entrepreneurial enthusiasm,enliven economy in rural areas,settle the troubles farmers encountered,translate the abundant natural resources into economic superiority,improve the living conditions of farmers.This paper provide the theoretical basis for government to make related policies.This paper first introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,and introduces the research methods and data sources.Based on the research of the related theory of entrepreneurship,the paper analyze the development status of farmers' entrepreneurship in Yongchun,and finds the troubles they encountered and the favorable factors for farmers entrepreneurship.Secondly,by using data obtained from field study,this paper use descriptive statistics to analyze the three aspects of the impact in entrepreneurship:basic situation of the entrepreneurs of farmers;resources endowment of entrepreneurial farmers and social environment they faced and the paper uses the logistic mould for empirical analysis.By analyzing the related factors that affect farmers' entrepreneurship,the paper finds that the following aspects cannot pass the significance test:gender,business industry,capital source,original funds,family attitude,sales methods,influence from others and opportunity,that is to say,the factors above do not have significant impact on farmers' entrepreneurship in the region.As to the influence factors of entrepreneurial farmers,from big to small in turn is:the government's help,the knowledge and skills,consciousness,market information acquisition,main motivation,level of education,degree of risk cognition and age.The paper give suggestions:first,the farmers shold improve the entrepreneurship awareness,risk awareness,the enthusiasm of entrepreneurship;second,we should create a good business environment,improve the market information mechanism,strengthen the training of professional knowledge and skills,enhance the success rate of entrepreneurship;finally,the government should set relevant policies to support the peasants' entrepreneurship,solve the problem of guaranteeing services,provide strong support for the farmers to entrepreneurship.
