Research On The Current Status Of Peasants' Entrepreneurship And Strategies In Dingxing County

Since the eighteenth Party's Congress,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the issue of innovation,entrepreneurship and agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers is the fundamental problem of the national economy and the people's livelihood.Chinese Communist Party has always put the problem of "three rural" as the most important part of the work of the whole party,supports and encourages farmers to start a business and broaden their income channels.Entrepreneurship is the fresh blood of national development and the source of regional,national and global economic development.Innovation and entrepreneurship activities are the foundation of long-term economic development and the soul of sustainable development.A lot of practices show that entrepreneurship plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the efficient use of resources and the creation of wealth value.Solving the "three rural" problem effectively should not only rely on non-agricultural measures,but also seek solutions from the "three rural" itself.The farmers' entrepreneurship is the most direct way to promote the farmers' employment,the increase of farmers' income and the development of the rural economy.Therefore,the farmers' entrepreneurship is a new way to solve the "three rural" problems effectively from its inside,which is of great significance to the development of the rural economy and society.This paper defines the concepts of entrepreneurship and farmers' entrepreneurship based on combing the domestic and foreign literature of farmers' entrepreneurship and makes a thorough and systematic study on the problem of farmers' Entrepreneurship in combination with the theory of human capital,humanism and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.The first-hand data of farmers in Dingxing county were obtained through interviews with the staff of the Social Welfare Bureau of Dingxing County.It is found that there are still some problems in the farmers' Entrepreneurship in Dingxing County,which are mainly the weak awareness of risk and the poor ability to resist risk,poor entrepreneurial ability and quality,poor entrepreneurial environment and backward infrastructure,low scientific and technological content and low success rate,lack of venture capital and higher financing cost.Through in-depth analysis,it is revealed that the factors affect the farmers' Entrepreneurship mainly include the unsound mechanism of risk security for farmers,less training institutions,lack of training ability,inadequate policy,lack of government support,lack of information,lack of opportunity identification,lack of financing channels,and lack of mutual assistance and cooperation.On the basis of the above problems,the countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of farmers' Entrepreneurship: to exert the functions of government,broaden the financing channels,deepen the reform of the land system,promote the cooperative development of the industry,strengthen the training of entrepreneurship,develop the culture of entrepreneurship,renew the concept of the farmers' entrepreneurship,enhance the psychological quality and enhance the ability to start a business.At present,the main task of China's "three rural issues" is to increase farmers' income.As a way to solve the "three rural" problem,farmers' entrepreneurship is of great significance for reducing the gap between urban and rural areas,realizing common prosperity and promoting the transfer of surplus rural labor.
