The Optimization Of Business Process Of S Company Based On Petri Net

With the development of information technology,traditional communication methods have gradually been replaced.Smartphones are getting faster and faster,more and more companies are joining the smart phone industry.Market competition is getting more and more intense,Traditional methods,such as relying on prices and marketing methods,have not been able to attract customers and promote sales.Business process as basic for business operations,directly determines the overall operation of the company.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid by the managers of enterprises.Transforming business processes,the goal of reducing operating costs and reducing waste of resources has become the core of more and more companies' work.Business processes have gradually become the core elements of corporate competition.With the continuous development of business processes,the research on business processes in the academic community is constantly increasing,and the business process modeling methods are constantly updated.This paper selects the method of Petri net modeling to analyze the process.Primarily,Petri Net not only has a clear and intuitive graphical representation,but also can use rigorous mathematical methods to calculate,and can also use simulation software to simulate the model processing,dynamic observation of the model's operating status and operational results,to ensure that the optimized program is feasible.This article takes S company as an example.Based on the reorganization of related theories,the paper focuses on the modeling of business process and the advantages of Petri net modeling.According to the different characteristics of the business process,it analyzes the problems existing in the two business processes of offline payroll settlement and online product sales for S company.The ECRS method is used to optimize and adjust the unreasonable process,and then the Petri net is used to model the business process before optimization according to the corresponding mapping principle.The model is analyzed by combining the correlation matrix with the invariant mathematical analysis method.In the end,the model was simulated using PIPE software,and the process was analyzed from both theory and simulation to ensure the correctness and operability of the model.The main advantages and contributions of this article are as follows:(1)The mobile phone industry chosen in this article is an area rarely studied by scholars.At the same time,basic business processes are the object of research and can intuitively identify problems in the process.(2)For business process optimization problems,different optimization methods are selected according to the different characteristics of the process,so that the problems existing in the business process at the current stage can be resolved more concretely and effectively.(3)Based on the comparative analysis of related modeling methods,this paper uses Petri net modeling method to model the business process.The Petri net can not only represent the model with an intuitive graph,but also can use the mathematical method of the correlation matrix and invariants to verify the correctness of the model.The built model is input into the simulation software for corresponding simulation running,which can intuitively observe the operation result and ensure that the model is feasible in practical operation.
