With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,the logistics industry has developed from a terminal industry to a leading industry with guiding production and promoting consumption.More and more enterprises have joined the logistics industry,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Warehousing is an indispensable important link in the process of logistics operation,business process optimization is the foundation of the operation of an enterprise,how he directly determines the effect of the enterprise operation,is becoming more and more taken seriously by most of the enterprise managers in warehousing business process,it is hoped that through the optimization of business processes to help enterprises to improve operation efficiency,reduce the waste of resources and operating costs.Due to the continuous enrichment of theories related to business process,relevant theoretical researches on warehouse business process are also increasing rapidly.Meanwhile,methods for modeling warehouse business process are also constantly updated.Method of business process reengineering(BPR),integrated computer-aided manufacturing(IDEF)and ARIS model methods are static analysis method,has certain limitation in process rationality analysis,the modeling analysis of Petri net is a kind of dynamic method,not only can use intuitive graphical representation model,and can make use of correlation matrix and invariant mathematical methods to prove the validity of the model,the model input to the simulation software in the PIPE to the corresponding simulation run,run to intuitive observations and can effectively analyze the rationality of the model.The main advantages and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems in warehousing processes,a Petri net method is proposed to conduct formal modeling for them,so as to describe each operation unit more intuitively and concretely,which is conducive to emphasizing the effective connection and behavioral dependence between warehousing processes.(2)Aiming at the problems that may occur in the warehousing process,the state equation of Petri net and other analytical methods are proposed for analysis,and ECRSI(cancel,merge,rearrange,simplify and increase)method is adopted to optimize the enterprise warehousing business process,which can more specifically and feasible solve the problems existing in the current business process.(3)In this paper,A enterprise as an example,aimed at for unloading and storage in the warehouse operation of these two business processes,modeling and analysis in using Petri net was put forward on the basis of software reuse PIPE of the two business process simulation,from two aspects of theory and simulation analysis of the process,to ensure the feasibility and correctness of the model.Figure[22]table[7]reference[57]...
