Research On Cost Allocation In Cooperation Of Knowledge Alliance

The issue of cost sharing in the cooperation of knowledge alliances is an important factor affecting the stable cooperation of knowledge alliances.As the organizational structure of the alliance tends to be complicated,the study of cost sharing in the cooperation of knowledge alliances needs to be resolved.According to the investigation and analysis of the relevant literature in this article,overall,the study of cost sharing in the cooperation of knowledge alliances is still in the stage of exploration and development.At present,there are still a series of issues to be solved,such as mismatch of alliance structure and cost allocation method,ignorance of tacit explicit knowledge characteristics,unclear cost allocation principle,and unclear alliance structure.This paper takes the alliance structure as the starting point of the study,starting from the perspective of the participants of the knowledge alliance,and classifying the knowledge alliance into the homogenous enterprise knowledge alliance and the non-homogeneity industry-university research and research alliance.For the cost allocation problem of the Homogeneous enterprise knowledge alliance,based on the same characteristic of the participant subject and the same input and output,the paper constructs the cost allocation model of DEA and Nash bargaining,and uses this model to calculate the cost allocation problem in the cooperation of the knowledge alliance of pharmaceutical enterprises.We hope to solve the cost-sharing scheme which conforms to the preference of the pharmaceutical companies.On the basis of the characteristics of alliance structure and different industries of alliance participants,this paper constructs the Nash bargaining cost allocation model,and uses this model to apportion and calculate the cost allocation problems existing in the cooperation of tourism software development,research-industry alliance,and solve cost-sharing scheme of universities and scientific research institutes.Based on the research results of this paper,four guiding suggestions are given to the real knowledge alliance.When solving the problem of cost sharing within the alliance,firstly,the alliance participants must distinguish the alliance structure of the knowledge alliance;secondly,the alliance participants need to negotiate the cost sharing principles and standards;thirdly,after understanding the structure of the coalition,cost sharing principles and standards,the coalition participants need to jointly select the cost allocation method that is appropriate for the structure of the coalition;finally,members can establish a cost-sharing processing system based on the complementary relationship of resources.in order to solve a more reasonable cost-sharing plan.
