Research On Knowledge Sharing Of Partnerships In Dynamic Alliance

Nowadays, with science and technology rapid development and products varying rapidly, enterprises are confronting unprecedented stress and challenge. In rapidly changeable market, a single enterprise hardly seizes the transient opportunity to win initiative in the intense competition. It is an effective means for each enterprise to form flexible and agile dynamic alliance.Knowledge sharing becomes one of major problems in a dynamic alliance. On one hand, an effective knowledge sharing can greatly enhance the core competitive and integrated efficiency of the whole dynamic alliance and better complete the mission of dynamic alliance. The other hand, after the dynamic alliance's mission has completed and the dynamic alliance has disorganized, the member of dynamic alliance having provided knowledge for other members faces risks of original competitive advantage loss due to the knowledge sharing, so that it will face with a serious challenge in the future development. Guarantee the interests of the member provided knowledge in dynamic alliance, How effective knowledge-sharing in operating dynamic alliance becomes a problem to resolve.This paper has completed the following aspects:(1) The paper analyzes and summarizes knowledge sharing process between partners in dynamic alliance, the impacting factors in knowledge-sharing process and knowledge-sharing risks faced in dynamic alliance knowledge sharing.(2) The concepts of knowledge sharing extent and knowledge sharing extent are presented and their impact factors are analyzed, an evaluation system of satisfaction of knowledge sharing extent is presented. Game theory is used to analyze knowledge sharing extent in the dynamic alliances to make their only interests most; for dynamic alliances with a leader, the principal-agent theory is used to encourage members to provide a higher knowledge sharing extent in dynamic alliances.(3) To enhance the agility and market competitiveness of dynamic alliance, the paper presents several measures to improve knowledge sharing extent between partners in dynamic alliance by changing the impact factors in knowledge sharing process and the factors to cause knowledge sharing risks.
