Research On Supplier Selection Of Complex Product Development Based On TOPSIS Method

Supply chain management is one of the most important competitive strategies of modern enterprises.With the continuous development of science and technology research,the difficulty and depth of knowledge and technology in various fields are increasing,the research and development of new technologies are constantly complicating,and the characteristics of cross departments are becoming more and more obvious,and the mutual supplement between various technical disciplines and fields is becoming increasingly important.The implementation of collaborative R & D can enable partners to play their respective advantages and jointly accomplish technological innovation and market share and share interests.Especially in the complex equipment manufacturing industry,there are many kinds of components,and the demand for spare parts is mainly small batch.As a result,complex equipment manufacturing enterprises need better arrangements in collaboration with other enterprises to ensure efficient operation in the cumbersome production process.This paper studies the supplier selection problem of complex product development.In this paper,the present situation,indicators system and evaluation method of supply chain research are reviewed in detail,and the supplier selection evaluation model of complex product development is built in combination with the problems encountered by the current academic research and enterprise practice.The indicators system of the model takes into account the classic indicators system: time,quality and cost indicators,and considers the response speed and collaborative R & D indicators.The two new indicators of response speed and collaborative R & D are generated in the new era of enterprise development needs.The main innovation of this paper is to build a new evaluation indicators system.The suppliers selected under the new indicators system will pay more attention to the ability of scientific research and cooperation among enterprises.By comparing the evaluation results of classic indicators system with the evaluation results of new indicators system,the superiority of the new indicators system is reflected.In this paper,a comprehensive weighting method which combines the subjective weight and the objective weight is adopted in the evaluation indicators weight,and the most suitable supplier is selected by the TOPSIS method in the decision making.
