As an important part of electronic commerce,Online shopping is the networking and informationization of the traditional way.Compared with traditional shopping,products in online shopping market are more abundant and cheaper.After nearly 20 years of development,online shopping is not only a supplement to traditional shopping,but also plays an important role in increasing employment opportunities,providing development opportunities and promoting the economic progress of our country.However,with the explosive expansion of online shopping market,product quality problems are increasingly prominent and intensified.In order to manage the quality of products,the government has promulgated many policies and regulations,and the online shopping platform has taken new measures to quiet the online shopping market.However,the scale of online shopping market in China is huge,the number of buyers and sellers is numerous,and the identity of participant is difficult to identify,so the supervision of product quality is very difficult.In addition,Our e-commerce laws and regulations are not perfect,the social credit system is also not perfect,there are no effective restrictions on online shopping market irregularities or fraud,further increased the difficulty of supervision.This paper focuses on the product quality problems in the online shopping market,and pay attention to the interaction between the buyer and the seller under the supervision of the platform.Through the construction of population dynamics model and analysis to explore the evolution of platform's product quality control process.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of supervision in China's online shopping market,divides the supervision path of platform side into direct one and indirect one with buyer as the medium.Then studies the relationship between high-quality seller and bad seller population under direct supervision,and the dynamic behavior between the bad seller and the buyer population under indirect supervision.The results show that in the internal competition of the seller's population,the resource acquisition ability of different populations determines their future development,and the population with strong resource acquisition ability will win in the competition.In the interaction between the bad seller population and the buyer population,the product quality consciousness of buyer and the blocking effect of the buyer on the growth of the bad seller's population play decisive roles in the stable state of the market.Finally,this paper constructs a three-dimensional population dynamics model with high-quality seller,bad seller and buyer as the target population,and simulates the actual situation of product quality control of platform side in different stages of development of China's online shopping market by using MATLAB.By constructing,analyzing and simulating the three-dimensional models exploring the evolution process of platform's product quality control,and verifing the rationality of the theoretical analysis results.The analysis of three-dimensional population dynamics model also shows that the buyer indirect supervision plays an important role in improving the product quality and optimizing the seller's team in the online shopping market.In this paper,the combination of population dynamics and product quality control practice of online shopping platform expands the research field of population dynamics and enriches the research methods of quality management.Through the study of the interaction between the seller's stock and the buyer and seller,this paper reveals the change of the quality control mechanism and measures of platform side,which is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of our country's online shopping products.
