The performance excellence model is an effective way of organizing comprehensive performance management widely recognized internationally at present.The model is derived from the American Baldrige Award criteria,customer-oriented,the pursuit of excellence,the concept of performance management.As a modern management tool,the performance excellence model has been more and more applied to various fields of society.As a top ranking business in postal system,Y has a positive demonstration significance for the postal service system and other service enterprises.This paper studies the problems,difficulties and causes in the process of introducing Y into the excellent performance management mode,and studies how to combine the actual situation of the service enterprises to introduce the excellent performance management mode and improve the comprehensive management level of the enterprises.To solve these problems,based on the theoretical framework of performance excellence,value standard,performance management theory,etc.,taking Y company as the research object,based on business performance in the system of leadership,strategy,customers and markets,human resources,process management,continuous improvement research,looking to establish excellent performance mode the management mode of service enterprises.Through in-depth analysis of Y company,we find an excellent performance management mode that is suitable for service enterprises to help enterprises improve their service and management level,enhance competitiveness and enable enterprises to achieve sustainable development.It is hoped that the empirical study of the excellent performance model management system of Y company can provide some reference for the performance management of other enterprises.
