With the accelerated process of urbanization in China,people's way of life is also changing,people's demand for convenience is increasing,so the elevator can be seen everywhere.The elevator industry is a technology intensive and capital-intensive industry,which is closely related to the economic and social development level of a country.However,with the gradual expansion of the market,the elevator industry has a number of security risks,affecting the survival and development of the industry.The survey found that,at present China's elevator industry performance evaluation mainly focus on the financial aspect,can not meet the needs of new environment,so this paper selects the Balanced Scorecard as the main points of analysis and research,and set up the elevator industry itself,reasonable performance evaluation index system.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign research literature,this paper summarizes the current research status of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard at home and abroad.The performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard theory in-depth exploration,with strategic management theory,principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory,incentive theory,combined with the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard analysis,balanced scorecard direction from the theoretical level is established,and the balanced scorecard is an advanced the performance evaluation tool.Then the card in the application of the industry through the analysis of the balanced scorecard,combined with the characteristics of the elevator industry,from four aspects of political,economic,social and technology environment of elevator industry in-depth exploration,design a set of elevator industry balanced scorecard construction process.The KL elevator company as the research object,combined with the company's internal and external environment,analysis of the SWOT company strategic environment,formulate SWOT strategy,determine the strategic target,the formation of the BSC dimension,draw a strategy map,and then select the specific indicators from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,use AHP to determine the index weight,at last the formation of KL elevator company BSC performance evaluation system diagram.Finally,by using the efficiency coefficient method,we collected data from KL elevator company in recent years and implemented the Balanced Scorecard of KL elevator company.Through chart analysis,we finally got the evaluation result,hoping to provide reference for the related elevator enterprises.
