The world order is shifting from Unipolar to Multipolar balance of power system.The developing countries such as China,Russia,India,Brazil,South Africa will be defining the world policy in 21 st century.China?s economic development and global influence is growing in regional and international stage.The China?s leadership role in future will be defined by efficient implementation of Belt and Road Initiative.It is vital for Mongolian Development to study the Perspective of Mongolia on the infrastructural interconnection through China Mongolia Russia Economic Corridor.China,Mongolia,Russia have long historical interaction on peaceful and prosperous trade route of the famous “Great Tea Road”.As a landlocked developing country with a small economy,Mongolian Government seeks to seize opportunity to intensify development and to deepen integration progress through regional potential economic cooperation by signing trilateral agreement with neighbors within the scope of Belt and Road Initiative.Trilateral parties focusing on enhance the transport capacity of Mongolian railway and road routes along the Economic Corridor.Upgraded transport infrastructure benefits several major benefits for Mongolia.Recently transport income contributes 5.2 percent of state budget and transit income accounts for 1.4 percent of Mongolian state budget.The efficient implementation of Economic Corridor railway transit income to state budget could increase by minimum 20 fold.Another positive result of China Mongolia Russian Economic Corridor for Mongolia is the transport cost of Mongolian mineral resource export to China can be decreased by two fold.Furthermore the promoted transport infrastructure network can decrease Mongolia?s mineral export dependence on single market.Mongolian Government planned to build northern,eastern and western railway routes within the scope of Economic Corridor.Parties have agreed to conduct the economic feasibility studies of new railway routes of Economic Corridor and decide to implement projects depending on economic benefits.In order to ensure the successful implementation of Economic Corridor on Mongolian territory,parties put much importance on ensure an adequate flow of the investment on prioritized projects.The one of the challenges for the Economic Corridor is the infrastructure of railroad and highway of Mongolia(108th),which ranked inevitably low comparing with Russia(74th)and China(47th).Russian President emphasized that Russian Railway planned to increase transit capacity of Mongolia railway into annual 100 million tons during the establishment of Economic Corridor.The first chapter is dedicated to introduce general concepts,significance of research,literature review of research and research designThe second chapter of thesis covers the historical overview of China Mongolia Russia and Mongolian importance onThe third chapter analyzes the main points of Belt and Road Initiative and perspectives in Northeast Asia.Fourth chapter analyzes the cooperation scope and fields Belt and Road Initiative between Development Road Strategy of Mongolia and provides the information of recent process and the establishment of China Mongolia Russia Economic Corridor.Fifth chapter focuses on Mongolian perspective of infrastructural interconnection on China Mongolia Russian Economic Corridor and prioritized projects.Sixth chapter included several suggestions to upgrade the infrastructure of transport capacity and ensure the implementation of Economic Corridor.
