Research On Evaluation System Of Innovation Capability Of Beijing Enterprise Technology Center

With the development of China's market economy,enterprises have become the main part of technological innovation.As a high-level research and development institution,the enterprise technology center has received more and more attention.China's national level has carried out the identification of the first batch of enterprise technology centers since 1993.Since 1996,Beijing has started the identification of the first batch of enterprise technology centers.So far,Beijing has identified more than 500 enterprise technology centers.During the process of accreditation,quantitative evaluation and expert scoring systems have been adopted.In order to perform the identification,evaluation and management of the Beijing Enterprise Technology Center more efficiently and scientifically,this paper evaluates them.Research on the system has practical significance for the daily work of the Beijing Enterprise Technology Center.This paper takes the evaluation capability of Beijing Enterprise Technology Center innovation as the research object.Firstly,this paper takes causal analysis base on the theoretical basis of literature research methods and technological innovation.Then analyzes and summarizes the factors affecting the innovation capability of Beijing Enterprise Technology Center,and selects evaluation indicators.In this paper the questionnaire is used to collect data.SPSS software is used to test the performance of the data.Principal component analysis is used to form a preliminary index system.Secondly,construct the structural equation model,and use AMOS software to fit and correct the relationship between the latent variable and the measured variable.Use the questionnaire to collect data,and use the support vector machine regression(SVR)to train model,then perform the simulation evaluation and analyze the evaluation results.Finally,put forward some suggestions for the development of innovation ability,elaborate the conclusions of this paper,and look forward to the follow-up research of this paper.The research results show that product innovation capability,intellectual property innovation capability,mechanism innovation capability,collaborative innovation capability,and resource integration capability can all represent the level of innovation capability of the enterprise technology center.The innovation capability promotion of enterprise technology center is closely related to these five capabilities.The index presented in this paper is reasonable and the SVR evaluation model is applicable and innovative.
