Research On Core Competence Evaluation Of IT Enterprises Based On Collaborative Innovation Network

In recent 30 years, IT industry’s development made an extraordinary contribution to promoting China’s economic and improving the situation of employment. The features of IT industry are various classification, huge domain, promotion technical and operation standard. It is already begun to take shape and the influence and has formed the relatively perfect industry chain. In the current background of “Internet plus”, IT enterprises have more opportunities and power because of its own characteristics and the high degree of integration with the Internet platform.In this paper, based on the collaborative innovation network, knowledge capital and core competence theory, we explores the relationship between collaborative innovation network and core competitiveness, and studies the mechanism of the interaction between them. Through consulting relevant theoretical literature and combining the characteristics of IT enterprises, put forward relevant hypothesis, establish enterprise core competitiveness index system model. Using the structural equation model as the theoretical support and software AMOS20.0 to test it. According to the analysis of model fitting results, excluding the index outside the standard, then a new round of model validation is carried out to obtain the desired results and establish a relatively complete index system. Then, support vector machine evaluation model is built by using support vector machine theory, and it is used in the empirical research. Through the analysis of the results of the intelligent evaluation of the core competence of the 100 IT enterprises in the 5 cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate and strengthen the competitive advantage of IT enterprises from many angles.
