Research On Impact Of Knowledge Search Behavior On Technological Innovation Performance Of Enterprise

Innovation network as a unique organizational form,Which can help the enterprise get heterogeneous knowledge,technology and information with any other innovative resources from inside or outside the network.so as to improve the innovation performance and to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.The subject network organization's knowledge search activity can make up for the innovation of the knowledge gap in time,which also be able to recombine the existing knowledge with the acquired knowledge to transform to new knowledge.Through organization's integration and absorption,thus significantly improve the level of technology innovation.This mechanism of enterprise's technology innovation process play a important role.This paper based on reading the passage about the innovation network,knowledge search and technology innovation.research on how to form process mechanism of knowledge search behavior affect technology innovation performance under the perspective of knowledge innovation network.By reading the relevant theoretical literature,puts forward the theoretical assumptions between knowledge search behavior and technology innovation performance and use structural equation model to test theoretical assumptions and based on verification qualified theoretical assumptions,establish technological innovation performance indicators evaluation system from angle of knowledge search behavior.Then use support vector machine(SVM)theory to build the appraisal model of support vector machine(SVM)and use it in empirical research.We survey 100 knowledge-based enterprises from five cities in Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei regions and analyze the evaluation results of technological innovation performance.At last we give some advice form several aspect to improve enterprise technology innovation performance.
