Research On Customer Continuance Usage Based On Vehicle Remote Control Application Of Company D

With the popularization of 4G network and the application of vehicle networking technology in the automobile,the App vehicle remote control has received more and more attention from the automobile manufacturing enterprises.As automobile manufacturers have launched vehicle remote control App based on vehicle networking technology,more and more vehicle interaction functions can be realized at the mobile terminal.However,vehicle control App is still facing many challenges,so it is particularly important to study the factors that affect the willingness of users to continue to use.This paper will study the factors affecting the continuous use of vehicle remote control(App)users in D company.Based on the continuous user intention model of IT system(Expectation Confirmation Model-IT)and its expansion model,this study proposes 6 factors that will affect users'continuous use intention.By analyzing the main factors that affect the continuous use of the users,the countermeasures to further optimize the application are put forward.Firstly,the relevant research on the continuous use intention of App users in D company's vehicle remote control is discussed.The motivation and influence factors of the scholars have many scholars using ECM-IT and the modified model and other theoretical models to study the use of mobile Internet users of new products,but the product of vehicle remote control car App networking that in recent years,the major automobile manufacturers are based on the development and promotion of the iconic car industry is rare,too there is little literature for users to continue to use the remote control of the vehicle to study the behavior of App.Therefore,based on the current research status of users' continuous use intention in IT system,this paper clearly understands current research results and shortcomings,and establishes the research direction of this paper.Secondly,based on the existing research results,we analyze the characteristics of D's vehicle remote control App,arrange the user continuous use model and information system success model of information system,and establish a research model that will affect users'continuous use intention in this study.Based on the comparison with other methods,the advantages of the structural equation in this study are determined.Then the literature research and theoretical analysis are carried out to determine the research variables and construct the structural equation model.The last,According to the model of this study,the statistical data are collected and the structural equation model of D vehicle remote control App users' continuous use will be established.And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.The sample data input SPSS D vehicle remote control App users' continuance intention questionnaire data analysis,and then use AMOS to fit and test the hypothesis of the model,according to the results of App D remote control vehicle users' continuance intention of reasonable suggestions.
