Nowadays,the application of Internet in economic field has been improved gradually,and the status of electronic commerce has become more and more important.But so far,most of the business of electronic commerce enterprises is concentrated in cities,the urban market competition tends to saturation,but in the vast rural areas,the demand of residents has not been developed,with a great potential for development,rural electric power enterprises have gradually become the new blue sea for the future development of electronic commerce.Although the rural e-commerce business started relatively late and developed slowly,but with the support of the national policy and the rural economic growth of the county,the rural e-commerce market has become the most important strategic direction for Internet enterprises in recent years.But at the same time,we should also see that the rural areas are still not concentrated population distribution,the network infrastructure is not perfect,the online purchase consumer consciousness is weak,the results are not yet clear.LCT company,as a professional location rural electronic commerce enterprise,has set up the development platform for rural electronic commerce,and gradually has the advantages of brand,operation,channel and policy in rural electronic commerce enterprise.With the development of the national support policy for rural electronic commerce,LCT company has welcomed the great opportunity for rural electronic commerce in county.The author based on the status of porcelain marketing the Rural E-commerce marketing strategy to expand the analysis and discussion,Taking LCT as an example,the paper deeply analyzes and researches the rural e-commerce market facing the enterprises,SWOT analysis and other methods to explore the main problems in the marketing process of enterprises,classifies and analyzes the current marketing strategies of the enterprises,For different perspectives put forward marketing strategy optimization suggestions.Put forward the "three-step",focusing on the influence of flow expansion platform in the previous period;focusing on quality improvement benefits in the medium term,formulated the strategic goals of business volume and revenue,constantly improving service quality and service level,Satisfaction;the latter part of the continuous improvement of infrastructure,logistics,information sharing and other platforms to build exclusive e-commerce in rural ecosystems,to find new space for their own development.At the same time,we put forward the all-round safeguard measures that conform to the situation,strengthen brand building,deepen the business management and reshape the business process,hoping to help the enterprise compete in the future market In the initiative,but also to promote domestic rural e-commerce industry to achieve better and faster development.
