Study Of Risks And Control Of Direct Investment By Chinese Enterprises To ASEAN Countries

In recent years,Chinese enterprises have been stepping up the pace of going out,and actively engaged in economic and trade exchanges with various countries and regions around the world.ASENA is not only the most successful economic union of developing countries,but also a close neighbor to China.Therefore,maintaining good economic and trade relations with ASEAN is crucial to maintaining the smooth development of China's economy.The China-ASEAN comprehensive economic cooperation framework agreement signed in 2001 has created favorable conditions for Chinese enterprises to invest directly in ASENA.Since the establishment of the China-ASEAN free trade area in 2010,China's direct investment in AAEAN has been growing rapidly,and the scale of investment has been expanding.But due to the countries in ASEAN have great different in economic development level,there are many differences in social and political setting,cultural conventions and so on.So,direct investment of Chinese enterprises to ASEAN still faces many risks.With the continuous expansion of China's investment in ASEAN,it is a strategic requirement to accurately identify the risks of direct investment in ASEAN and make effective measures to control it.In recent years,domestic scholars for the study of ASEAN are mainly to study the influence factors of Chinese companies to invest in ASEAN,the economic effect and so on.They also have gotten big achievement in the study of the investment risk of the ASEAN.However,There are little research on the risks with Chinese characteristics and quantitative analysis of the investment risks of ASAN countries in domestic academia,and there is also no corresponding risk control strategy for risk.This paper hopes to provide some reference for Chinese enterprises to invest in ASEAN through research on the risk of direct investment of ASEAN countries.This paper consists of five chapters,Including to three sections:The first section includes the chapter 1,introduction,and chapter 2,the current situation of China's direct investment in ASEAN countries.Firstly,this part introduces the relevant theories of foreign direct investment and risk management,summarized the research achievement which domestic and foreign scholars have found in the past few years on all kinds of risks faced in the process of the foreign direct investment,the risk measurement ways and risk control research.Secondly,the current situation of China's direct investment in ASEAN countries is analyzed from different perspectives including total amount,regional distribution,industry distribution and investment subject.This part lays a solid foundation for later writing.The second part includes the risk analysis of China's direct investment in ASEAN countries and the empirical analysis of China's direct investment risk to ASEAN countries.This part is the core of this article.Firstly,based on the actual situation of the ASEAN countries and the characteristics of China's direct investment to the ASEAN countries,this paper conducts a qualitative research on the risks of direct investment.Then,the article made an empirical research using the factor analysis method on political risk,economic risk of 10 ASEAN countries and the overall risk of direct investment on,it is concluded that the association of south-east Asian nations 10 countries various risk relative to the size of the order.The third part includes the conclusion of chapter 5,conclusion and policy recommendations.This part put forward the corresponding risk control strategy on the basis of ways that developed countries and emerging economies have used in the foreign direct investment.
