| The real estate industry is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.The rapid development of real estate stimulates the rapid development of China's economy and is a very important industry in China's economic system.Real estate industry business is complex and involves a lot of tax revenue.In the macro-control and tax reform of the industrial environment,it is increasingly important to study tax planning.Tax planning can reduce the tax burden,increase the profit,improve the level of financial management,prevent tax risk,and promote the structural adjustment of real estate industry resources and business.In terms of the current research situation in China,China has widened the research scope of tax planning in the real estate industry.However,scholars' researches are mostly qualitative analysis,and the research depth of planning needs to be further strengthened.For the real estate industry,the business involves a wide range of taxes,the means of tax planning are diversified,and the economic environment is constantly changing.Therefore,real estate enterprises to carry out the planning work,in addition to on the basis of relevant theories,and based on the characteristics of real estate project itself.In this way it can achieve the goal of tax planning.The research methods of this paper mainly include literature review,case analysis and comparative analysis.First,we learn the theoretical knowledge of tax planning.Then,based on these theories,this paper combines the current status of the industry development and the business characteristics of enterprises to conduct tax planning research.A real estate project has four main links,namely preparation,development,sales and keep.This article first to the four links of tax-related processing items status is analyzed respectively and put forward can help companies achieve less tax burden,increase enterprise profit planning scheme.Subsequently,focusing on global,relationship through tax planning process for the whole scheme of carding and reality,planning scheme to eliminate conflicts,select a set of the most suitable L project planning scheme.Through the research of this paper,we hope to enrich the theoretical system of tax planning and help the tax planning and design of the real estate industry. |
