Research On Producer Services Agglomeration And Regional Differences In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the three major metropolitan areas in China.While the country attaches great importance to the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the development differences in this region are objective.In the process of regional economic development,the producer services belong to the tertiary industry which is closely connected with manufacturing industry,the existing studies have shown that the tertiary industry is related to the benign development of regional economy,so the producer services play a significant role in promoting development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Furthermore,the research on the agglomeration of producer services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region becomes a necessary exploration to deepen the grand strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.Firstly,this paper describes the current situation of producer services agglomeration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and then uses the classic panel regression model and the spatial econometric model to research the producer services agglomeration and regional differences of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.At the same time,this paper also discusses the influencing factors of producer services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and draws the following conclusions.The level of agglomeration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei producer services is low but generally rising.Its agglomeration level does not match with the radiation-driven utility.And the different areas in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have huge differences on the level of producer services agglomeration and radiation.This paper also puts forward some feasible countermeasures to promote the development and agglomeration of producer services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with the research conclusions.This paper analyzes agglomeration of producer services and the regional difference in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from theory and empirical aspects,the article includes the following six parts.The first chapter is introduction,which consists of background,significance,contents,methods,advantages and weakness.The second chapter is literature review,the researches of the basic concepts of producer services,the producer services agglomeration and the influence factors of producer services agglomeration are reviewed.The third chapter intuitively analyzes Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region producer services agglomeration through Spatial Gini Coefficient and Location Quotient.The fourth chapter is the empirical research of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region producer services agglomeration and regional differences,and this chapter probes into the producer services agglomeration and regional differences of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Hebei province through the structural decomposition of GDP per capita and the spatial measurement model.The fifth chapter makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of producer services agglomeration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebe region.The sixth chapter is conclusion and suggestion,which concludes the contents of the previous chapters and gives countermeasures and suggestions.
