At present the global trend of China's economy into the era of service economy is obvious, the producer services in Hunan have a galvanizing impact on the economic development. China's economy is industry-led for a long time, with well-developed manufacturing industry and some leading enterprises. However, the development of producer services which is overall low agglomeration level lags behind its industry in Hunan. In order to accelerate the development of producer services and guide them on how to locate in Hunan, further more, to play a good effect of agglomeration, this paper shows the results of the study.First of all, the spatial Gini coefficient is measured the level of agglomeration of the producer services in Hunan as a whole and various segments from 2008 to 2013, which shows that the level of producer services agglomeration in Hunan is improved. With the comparative analysis from the segments, scientific research, technical services and geological industry as well as leasing and business services are at the top two position of the highest level of agglomeration, and financial industry is the lowest; with the single industry analysis, transportation, storage and postal services make continuous agglomeration process, and scientific research, technical services and geological industry as well as leasing and business services fluctuates obviously which become decentralization from agglomeration, and information transmission, computer services and software industry as well as financial industry have a low fluctuation.Secondly, selecting Moran's I and Getis-Ord Gi* which are based on ESDA to discuss global and local spatial correlation and hot spot development, the results are as follows:the producer services agglomeration in Hunan Province has a positive spatial autocorrelation, and the producer services in cities where are most low concentration areas. Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are the core growth pole and hot spot of producer services agglomeration, Changde, Yiyang, Hengyang, Loudi and Yueyang are important growth pole, southern Hunan and western Hunan are “depressions” of producer services agglomeration which is in the marginal areas. Finally, with the use of CSDA, the spatial factor is included in the analysis of the influential factors of producer services agglomeration. The result of the ordinary panel model shows that human capital, manufacturing agglomeration and informatization level have significant positive effects on the producer services agglomeration in Hunan Province; considering the factor of space, the effects of institutional environment and level of innovation become insignificant from significant. For the above findings, this paper gives some suggestions of the layout and development of producer services agglomeration in Hunan for the future.
