Study On The Spatial Difference And Cooperative Mechanism Of Producer Services In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Cooperation in services is becoming more and more important in regional economic cooperation.The development of beijing-tianjin-hebei Producer services collaboration is an important channel for economic and the level of manufacturing industry. It can promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Based on the current academic researches, most scholars still follow the classical economics, they always ignore spatial factors, remove the space dimension of economic phenomena. Different countries and regions which have obvious characteristics of spatial dimension changed into a point of space dimension.Trace changes over time on your site at several points in time.But space is the carrier of industry development, industry agglomeration and diffusion can not be separated from the development of surrounding areas. We cannot ignore the influence of the space distance during study the difference of industrial spatial.Other studies have shown that quantitative measure space agglomeration features, concrete analysis city differences and objective positioning function, etc., but still it is insufficient to exist.The two core cities,Beijing and Tianjin,do not play the drive role well with Hebei province,not getting interest from the diffusion effects.So it is urgent to study Producer services collaboration mechanisms.The innovation point of this paper embodies combining spatial statistics and the traditional statistical methods.This paper research on regional industrial spatial difference,timing of progressive, correlation between regions, grade structure.This article introduces the current situation of the development of Producer Services, specific to each segment of producer services industries and cities of the Beijing-tianjin-hebei region.This paper use location quotient, spatial gini coefficient, introducing the spatial auto correlation spatial data statistical method.The aim of the method is to reveal the difference of space, and analysis of the internal relationships of producer services,proposing new measures.The analysis results show that:First, there are large discrepancies in internal structure of Beijing-tianjin-hebei productive service industry. The leasing and business services, scientific research, technical services in Beijing is the most part. It has obvious advantages. Tianjin, Hebei’s producer services is given priority to the transportation, warehousing and postal service, wholesale and retail trade, accommodation and catering industry, the emerging of modern service industry development lags behind.In addition, Hebei’s producer services is unbalanced development. Producer services are mainly concentrated in Shijiazhuang, Tangshan,Handan and Baoding. Beijing and Tianjin shows the characteristics of diversification.Hebei’s cities show the characteristics of specialization.It focus on financialservices and transportation industry.Second, producer services in Beijing-tianjin-hebei industry has comparative advantage.It has certain radiation agglomeration force at transportation, warehousing, postal service,wholesaling and retailing.Beijing has the advantage at information transmission, computer services and software industry, leasing and commercial service agglomeration strength.Tianjin is not a strong cohesion of the industry.The comparative advantage of producer services is a transportation, warehousing, postal service, wholesale and retail trade,accommodation, catering, leasing and business services.Advantage industry in hebei province is concentrated in the transportation, warehousing, postal service, wholesale and retail trade, the financial sector.They are the traditional Producer services.Third, producer services of Beijing-tianjin-hebei region space has positive correlation.Beijing and Tianjin did not produce obvious spatial spillover effects,the development of some regions even affected by back from downtown.Information transmission, computer services and software industry spatial spillover effect is strong,but its intensity drops off rapidly with distance.Transportation industry, financial services and business services’ spatial spillover effect is not significant.Information transmission,computer services and software industry which spillover only reflects between neighboring cities.Fourth, we must establish collaboration mechanism at Producer services. We should change development ideas; promote the adjustment of regional space pattern; make development plan, determine the area cities development direction and location of producer services; set up a coordination between government agencies to ensure that the collaborative operation; develop the chain, strengthen the regional leading industry cooperation, realize resources integration;strengthen the construction of the platform, laying solid foundation collaboration.
