Research On Damping Mechanism And Parameter Identification Of Transformation Enterprise

With the continuous development of economic globalization and upgrading of the industrial structure,the economy of China is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,especially with the rapid deepening of information technology nowadays.Under the background of the transformation and development in the New Normal of economic growth,as the microscopic subject of social economy,enterprises have regarded transformation as an important way to seek sustainable development.Enterprise transformation is the best use of the internal resources based on the capabilities of the enterprise itself,or a kind of strategic behavior which is to change the mode of economic growth of enterprises so as to adapt to the changes in the external environment of the enterprise.In this behavior,due to the continuous transformation of the information and energy between the internal organization and the external environment of the transformation enterprise,the transformation process is frequently in an unstable disorder.However,there are also damping factors that can dissipate bad energy.Therefore,the key to successful transformation of enterprises is to control the internal stability of the system and maintain the competitive advantage of sustainable development,as well as the reasonably adjustment of the damping factors,and the creation of a good transition conditions for enterprises.This thesis studies the behavior of enterprise transformation from a micro perspective to realize the maximization of the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise transformation and to enable the stable and healthy development of transforming enterprises by means of an effective system analysis and a reasonable control of the damping factors.Firstly,this thesis reviews the domestic and foreign research on the transformation of enterprises and summarizes the results and shortcomings of the previous research.At the same time,this thesis gives a brief introduction to the relevant theories and concepts such as complex adaptive system theory,competitive advantage theory and entropy theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the identification of damping parameters and the proposing of damping mechanism in transformation enterprises.Secondly,based on the connotation of transformation enterprise and the analysis of its transition process,the unstable phenomenon in the process of transformation is empirically revealed by ARCH model.It is put forward that there are some factors that can adjust the instability in inner-enterprise.Then,on the basis of analyzing the factors that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the transformation,the damping factor of transformation enterprises is defined and the analytical framework of transformation enterprises under damping effect is constructed as well.Thirdly,from the perspective of entropy theory,the mechanism of damping in the process of enterprise transformation is analyzed.In combination with previous research,a damping index system and a damping parameter identification model are constructed.Then the reliability of the model is verified through an example of Fangda Group,which plays an exemplary role for others.Then,based on complex adaptive system theory,multi-agent modeling is used to build a system model of the transformation process from a microscopic level,and the simulation is performed by Netlogo software for analyzing the effectiveness of damping elements in the process of enterprise transformation.Finally,based on the key elements of damping,a corresponding damping mechanism is constructed,and the suitable countermeasures is proposed for the stable development of the transformation enterprise,which provides the theoretical support for the successful transformation of the enterprises.In this thesis,based on the phenomenon and characteristics of enterprise transformation,the concept of damping and entropy theory are introduced to put forward a regulatory mechanism that is suitable for the development of transformation enterprises,which is of more realistic significance for promoting the successful transformation of enterprises and accelerating China's economy development.
