The Research Of Enterprise Transformation And Integrated Information Service Of CNC Henan Branch

CNC Henan Branch is the dominant local telecom operator in Henan. These years, with the restriction of the state's policy, this company has been retreating again and again under the aggressive attack of the mobile services and also gained less and less income under the impact of free IP telephone, now it is in a life-and-death situation as a fix-line operator. Enterprise transformation is the only choice for CNC Henan Branch. On the other hand, integrated information service, i.e. the ICT business, has been in the ascendant trend in recent years. Only realizing the leap from telecom industry to information service industry, CNC can enter into a broader space for developing. This paper tried to analyze the development strategy and business models of ICT,and discussed what the main issues CNC will face and how to resolve them.This paper started from the theories such as telecom industry value chain, telecom ecological system, blue ocean strategy, etc. Then it explained the reason of the transformation and the direction of this transformation in details. Referring to the domestic and foreign successful experiences, this paper deeply analyzed the future of ICT with the methods of PEST and SWOT analysis, and concluded that it is necessary for CNC to choose ICT for transformation. In Chapter Four, based on the actual local situation, this paper also investigated the business elements of ICT, the short-term and long-term developing strategies, the business models, market channels, cooperation mechanism and reasonable tax avoidance, etc.
