Study On Poverty Alleviation Thought Of Xi Jin-ping

Poverty is an unavoidable problem in the process of national modernization.Since the founding of new China,the Chinese Communist Party has led the people to declare war on poverty consistently.After forty years of reform and opening up,we have successfully emerged from a road of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics and achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation and development work.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,facing the goal of building a Well-off society comprehensively and realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,our country has entered a new stage.Xi Jin-ping has elevated the poverty alleviation to the unprecedented height of governing state affairs.He proposed that all poverty-stricken people be get rid of poverty by 2020 under the current standards and that a series of new ideas and measures should be put forward on the issue of poverty eradication,which enrich and develop the communist party's concept of common prosperity and form a distinctive system of poverty alleviation ideas for Xi Jin-ping.This article adopts the methods of literature research,theory and practice unifies,systematic analysis and research method,insists on the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the reality of China,systematically sorts out the content of Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation ideology system,and summarizes the characteristics and significance of Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation thought,hoping that it has a more in-depth study on Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation thought.This paper mainly includes four parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly analyzes the research background and significance of the selected topics,reviews the research status quo of domestic and foreign poverty alleviation ideas,and then puts forward the research methods and innovations of this topic.The second part mainly studies the formation of Xi Jin-ping's thought of poverty alleviation,analyzes the theoretical basis and practical foundation of Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation thought,cards the forming process of his poverty alleviation thought,and prepares for the next part of the study.The third part discusses the main contents of Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation ideology system.This part mainly elaborates the core content of Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation thought,the structure of poverty alleviation,and the path of poverty alleviation,the endogenous power of poverty alleviation and the security system of poverty alleviation.Firstly,it elaborates Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation core thought accurate poverty alleviation strategy,and described in detail how to be precise in the process of poverty alleviation.Secondly,it analyzes the poverty alleviation pattern of Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation thought,the structure mainly include the government-led,various social forces participation and the power of the world,to analyze the diversified and open poverty alleviation pattern.Thirdly,it pays attention to the ways and methods of poverty alleviation and development from three aspects: special industrial poverty alleviation,ecological poverty alleviation and educational poverty alleviation.Fourthly,we sort out the endogenous power of poverty alleviation and development and emphasizes that poverty alleviation should shift from the external “blood transfusion” to the endogenous “hematopoietic”.If we can get rid of poverty ideologically,we can really get rid of poverty.Fifthly,it studies on the security system of poverty alleviation and development.To insure smoothly the poverty alleviation and development work,we should be carried out with the guarantee of the rule of law,social security,personnel protection and assessment guarantee.The fourth part mainly summarizes the main features and analyzes the theoretical and practical meanings of Xi Jin-ping's poverty alleviation thought.Finally,the concluding remark summarizes the full text.
