Optimization Of The Model Of Poverty Alleviation Under The Goal Of Common Prosperity:from The Traditional Poverty Alleviation To The Accurate Poverty Alleviation

How to eliminate poverty is a difficult problem facing all countries all over the world.For various reasons,the problem of widening the gap between the rich and the poor and the problem of widening gap between the north and the south are still serious.A series of problems such as hunger,disease and social conflicts derived from poverty and other problems are still plaguing many developing countries.Facing the severe poverty situation,for our society,eliminating poverty,improving people's livelihood and gradually realizing common prosperity are essential requirements of socialism and important mission of the Communist Party of China.After the founding of new China,we face the situations that are the number of poor people is huge,the structure is complex,the poor population is not together,so the degree of poverty is very deep.However,after the reform and opening up,the state had a new understanding of the essence of socialism,and formulated a series of Poverty Alleviation Policies according to the actual conditions of the country,and created a new situation of poverty alleviation.With the development of poverty alleviation in China,the past poverty alleviation mode is called traditional poverty alleviation because of the revolutionary change of precision poverty alleviation relative to the poverty alleviation model in the past.Since 1978,the national poverty alleviation has been continuously improved,the functions of the system have been continuously exerting,and the performance of the poor governance has been continuously improved,and a traditional poverty alleviation mode with Chinese characteristics has been gradually formed in line with China's national conditions.After years of poverty alleviation,China's poverty-stricken areas have been developing economically,the scale of the poverty-stricken groups has been greatly reduced,and the living conditions of the poor have been significantly improved.In addition,the government has gained some experience in anti-poverty from the traditional poverty alleviation mode,but the poverty alleviation business in China has not been completely completed,and there is still a very arduous task to solve.In order to achieve the new situation and goal of the remaining about 700000000 rural poor in 2020,and move towards common prosperity,the governmentput forward the policy of precise poverty alleviation.In order to clarify the optimization of poverty alleviation mode under the goal of common prosperity,this paper first expounds the development course of traditional poverty alleviation mode,the main experience of traditional poverty alleviation mode and the implementation dilemma of traditional poverty alleviation mode.Secondly,our country will realize the new situation and new target in 2020 to achieve common prosperity,the country put forward the precise poverty policy.This paper analyzes the superiority of implementing precise poverty based on the goal of common prosperity.These advantages are fully embodied in helping to avoid polarization in China and gradually achieve common prosperity.It helps to get rich first,drive the rich behind,and finally achieve common prosperity.It is conducive to the realization of the all-round development of human beings and the realization of Communist society.Finally,based on the reality of our country,this paper puts forward some improved policy suggestions on the policy of precision poverty alleviation,aiming at the goal of common prosperity.The policy recommendations include improving the poverty alleviation policy from the perspective of precise identification,precise assistance and precise management,giving full play to the function of the poverty governance system,exploring the operational mechanism of precise poverty alleviation and effectively realizing the goal of common prosperity,and ultimately achieving the common prosperity of the whole nation.
