Strategy Of High-Skilled Talents Cultivation In Hunan Grain Group Based On Virtual Reality Technology

With the development of informatization of grain industry,higher requirements for enterprise informatization has been put forward.In the process of grain industry informatization,the first limiting factor is the shortage of high-skilled talents,who are the core competitiveness of grain enterprises and it has been hinder the development of HN Grain Group for a long time.Some research shows that traditional high-skilled talent training mode in HN Grain Group has been increasingly unable to meet the needs of HN Grain Group for high-skilled talent.In this context,innovative grain high-skilled talents training mode has become an effective means to alleviate the pressure of demand for grain high-skilled talents.In this paper,the focus of study is "Strategy of High-Skilled Talents Cultivation in HN Grain Group Based on Virtual reality Technology".In view of the shortage of high-skilled talents and the irrationality of training mode,in-depth analysis,we found that,to improve it,pay more attention on the cultivation of high-skilled talents should be carried out.And training model should be innovated to overcome the defect of traditional cultivation model for high-skilled talents.Based on informatization perspective,in this paper,the distribution of high-skilled talents in HN Grain Group was studied.Expounded the demand for high-skilled talents under the new round of informatization.According to virtual reality technology and skill acquisition theory,a training model for high-skilled talents in grain industry based on virtual reality skill was constructed.With this model,strategies for high-skilled talents cultivation was explored in HN Grain Group.And a fresh and reliable means for high-skilled talents training forHN Grain Group was carried out.However,there are still the some problems in this study,such as limited theoretical knowledge and small sample size.And It is hoped that more and more people will pay attention to the research in this field according to this paper.
