| With the development of economic globalization,new science and technology and business models have emerged,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.The company’s human resources,especially the core technical personnel,have formed the company’s core competitiveness,and the impact on economic growth and the company’s development and expansion is also increasingly obvious.However,this does not mean that the core technical personnel can become a good manager,and many new managers are at a loss in their new jobs.Therefore,this paper hopes to help them understand the obstacles to the transformation of technicians into managers and put forward corresponding management measures through some research,and ultimately help enterprises and employees grow together.First of all,the paper summarizes the relevant problems of domestic experts and scholars in the transformation from technical posts to management posts,and summarizes their research on the obstacles and measures faced in the transformation process;Then,according to the competency theory,the managers of some companies were investigated and interviewed to form the elements of the competency model of managers,and summarized the obstacles and transformation measures in the actual transformation process;Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of the above three aspects,from the perspective of the understanding and transformation of the management role,thinking mode and work habits,professional knowledge and innovation ability,as well as the problems of personality habit obstacles,this paper makes a more detailed analysis of the obstacles and problems faced in the actual transformation,and puts forward more detailed suggestions on the transformation measures.I have been working as a technical manager in Da’ao Company,and now I have also undertaken the research,establishment,application and implementation of competency model in the company.I hope to use the opportunity of MBA thesis writing to closely combine the research results with the practice of enterprise management,and apply the research results in the selection and training of technical and managerial personnel in enterprises,so as to enhance the effectiveness of enterprise management. |
