In this era of rapid economic development,innovation is the driving force for the eternal growth of enterprises.As the most important human capital of the enterprise,the positive suggestion of employees is also an important way to enhance the innovation power of enterprises.Therefore,employee voice behavior has become a hot topic in the field of organizational management.Especially in a country,the "face culture" and "power distance" is strong?So how to let employees choose to advice rather than keep silence is more important.Among the many factors that influence the employee voice behavior,the leadership style is taken seriously.Inclusive leadership,at the core of the relational leadership,can meet the needs of the employee's work and psychological ? Explore the mechanism of action of inclusive leadership on advice behavior will be of great practical significance.The first half of this study systematically reviews the main variables in the paper,which makes it easy for readers to have an overall overview of the current research situation.On the basis of social exchange theory and organizational support theory,the article gradually build the dual channel model,on the relationship between the variables,reasonable assumptions are put forward.In order to provide solid data support for the research hypothesis,two enterprises in Shaanxi province were selected,and 247 valid questionnaires were collected through electronic questionnaires,field distribution and questionnaires.Using SPSS19.0,descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out to verify that the hypothesis was correct.This paper draws the following conclusions: first,inclusive leadership(openness,usability,accessibility)have a positive influence on the psychological security,perceived organizational support,employee advice behavior(promoted voice,prohibitive voice);Secondly,psychological security and organizational support also positively influence employee voice behavior;Finally,psychological security and organizational support are fully mediated by the relationship between the inclusive leadership and the promoted voice,partial mediated therelationship between the inclusive leadership and the prohibitive voice.
