In recent years,with the advent of the economic globalization and the information age,the enterprise is facing the ever-changing environment.It has become a research hotspot to maintain and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through human resource management.In the current environment,employee voice behavior oriented to leadership is particularly important,employee voice behavior is the key point of leadership effectiveness,to encourage more employees to speak freely to express their views and opinions on the content of the work or the work environment.However,the destructive leadership behavior in the organization is becoming more and more serious,and the staff will fully consider whether the behavior is safe and effective,and whether it will bring bad negative influence on themselves.Therefore,this paper introduces the psychological safety as an intermediary variable,and constructs a model of the influence factors of the destructive leadership on the employee's voice behavior.Through literature review,questionnaire,data analysis and structural equation analysis method,the introduction of psychological safety as an intermediary variable,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of destructive leadership on employee voice behavior,the conclusion of the study shows that the influence of tyrannical leadershipand laissez-faire leadership on the promoting and prohibitive voice behavior are significantly negative,the effect of supportive-disloyal leadership on the voice behavior is not significant,the impact of psychological safety on the promoting and prohibitive voice behavior is positive,and passes the significant test.psychological safety plays an intermediary role in the the influence of supportive-disloyal leadership on employee voice behavior;it can not play an intermediary role in the relationship between tyrannical leadership and the promoting and prohibitive voice behavior;it plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the laissez-faire leadership and the promoting and prohibitive voice behavior.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to reduce the destructive leadership behavior,enhance the psychological safety of employees,broaden the channels of staff suggestions.This study is conducive to better understanding and understanding of destructive leadership behavior in China,based on the perspective of negative leadership behavior,this paper supplements and improves the influencing factors of employee voice behavior,and expounds the relationship between the destructive leadership and employee voice behavior,and discusses the mediating role of psychological safety between the two,and provides practical guidance for reducing the destructive leadership behavior to promote the occurrence of employeevoice behavior.
