With the rapid development of economy and the dramatic change of market environment,the enterprise faces increasingly fierce competitive environment,especially in recent years,the emergence of the Internet and artificial intelligence,the transformation and upgrading of enterprises need to adapt to the change of external environment.If enterprises want to gain competitive advantage in the rapidly changing domestic and foreign competition,they need to actively seek change and accelerate innovation..At present,as the important subject of enterprise innovation,Employee creativity is the driving force of enterprise innovation,Therefore,To improve the innovation ability of enterprises,we must pay more attention to the improvement of the creativity of employees.Inclusive leadership emphasizes the group of the integration of differentiation and adapted to the workplace diversity and employee differentiation,conforms to our country government proposed tolerance and accumulation of foreign ideas,and a culture with traditional Confucian ethics in our country,so the research on inclusive leadership for the localization of organization and management research in China is of great significance.Previous studies showed that inclusive leadership has positive prediction effect on employees' creativity,but the research on the relation between inclusion type leadership and employee creativity mechanism and the boundary conditions of research remains to be explored.This study based on the theory of social information processing theory and self consistency theory,trying to explore perspective-taking and the organization self-esteem in mediating role between inclusive leadership and employee creativity and the regulating role of person-organization fit.Using SPSS.and AMOS.,this paper conducted an empirical analysis of employee questionnaires in different enterprises in China,and finally reached the following conclusions: Inclusive leadership has a positive influence on employees' creativity;perspective-taking and organizational self-esteem play a mediating role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee creativity.person-organization fit plays a positive regulating role between inclusive leadership and perspective-taking,organizational self-esteem and employee creativity.This study further verifies the inclusive leadership positive influence on employees' creativity,It provides a new theoretical basis for the inclusive leadership management in today's complex dynamic,It enriches previous research achievements.In practice,Inclusive leadership promote employee creativity by promoting employee perspective taking and enhancing employee organizational self-esteem,Then it provides some practical enlightenment for organization management.
