With the advent of the Big data.Cloud computing and big data analysis have brought huge and changeable market demands to Chinese enterprises,and the market environment has become more volatility,uncertain,complex and ambiguity.The national economic development changes are closely related to the organizational form.In the current VUCA era,the organizational boundaries tend to be blurred.Organizational innovation is the only way that allow enterprises to take advantages in the new era.However,in the face of the complex and changeable market environment,enterprises have been unable to meet the current needs by cultivating the fit of employees and organizations for a long time,thus stimulating employees' creativity and creating behaviors.Enterprises need to continuously implement new product and product update iterations in a stressful environment,which requires companies to re-understand the relationship between personal and organization,job stress and employee creativity.This study introduces the theory of stress interaction and activation theory,and constructs the impact model of person-organization fit and job stress on employee creativity.Based on literature analysis,this study expounds the relevant theoretical basis,defines the core concepts,and then claims the research hypothesis and model.This study collected real data through online survey questionnaires from workers who come from various industries.A total of 567 questionnaires were distributed,and 483 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Based on this,statistical software SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis,regression analysis and verification research hypothesis.The results show that:(1)there is a direct positive relationship between person-organization fit and employee creativity;(2)challenging job stressors and hindrance job stressors have a partial intermediary role in the relationship of person-organization fit and employee creativity;(3)It verifies the adjustment effective of employees' positive coping style and negative coping style when they meet different job stressors.In summary,the theoretical model of this research is basically established.This study theoretically enriches the research between person-organization fit,job stress and employee creativity,and provides managers some useful suggestions.This research hope the corporates can take attention on person-organization fit,and implement stress classification programs,carry out more challenging stress-oriented work content in job design;Take some activities to reduce employee stress,like classify job responsibilities,simplify work procedures,what can promote employee creativity and more creative behaviors.
