The development of Internet technology can connect all the substances it connects to,and it can be stored as data.Internet technology has also extended its tentacles to places and populations that cannot be touched by formal finances,reducing the degree of information asymmetry,breaking the barriers to space,and realizing truly inclusive finance.The Internet is changing the world,and internet finance is also changing the original form of finance.At present,China's most active Internet financial platform is the E-commerce platform.It is the first to form a large number of user bases,the largest flow,and most active transactions,so it has a very big influence,and the value of user information precipitated in the platform can be described as immeasurable.Starting from the actual situation,several large E-commerce platforms have already been able to use their own funds to operate e-commerce loan business through their own accumulated data,and the momentum of development is strong.This undoubtedly proves the value of big data formed in the network and it takes new impetus for expanding financing channels of SME in our country and developing the real economy.However,E-commerce loans operated by the E-commerce platform also have their own limitations.For example,poor risk control,the lack of funds,and business growth being limited by platform,which limit the profit growth and business development of the E-commerce platform,and thus changing the development strategy is an inevitable choice.In the same way,banking financial institutions seeking new profit growth points and ways of transformation and upgrading also need to change their current development direction and thinking in a timely manner,and actively cooperate with Internet finance to develop their ability to collect and analyze data from E-commerce platforms.Using advantages of banks,such as abundant funds and a sound risk control system,to jointly assist the development of SMEs is the greatest practical significance.Therefore,from the perspective of commercial banks,this article studied its cooperation with E-commerce platforms.First,after defining the concept of network credit enhancement,E-commerce platforms,E-commerce companies,and bank E-commerce loans,the three related theories required in this paper were elaborated: cooperative game theory,information asymmetry theory,and network economic theory.And then the situation of commercial banks and E-commerce platforms in E-commerce loan cooperation was summarized from four aspects: cooperation mode,cooperation scale,the distribution of cooperation regions,and cooperative loan methods.And then it also was found that there were four issues related to the cooperation between the two bodies: efficiency issues,customer channel issues,certification criteria issues,and network synergy issues,and conducted the reason analysis for them.Secondly,the cooperative game model was constructed.Based on the analysis of the reasons,the cost investment of the E-commerce loan business in the “product design-client acquisition-risk control-post-loan management” parts was clearly defined before and after the cooperation between the two parties.The e-commerce platform and the bank would be set as the people in the game,and the profit difference between the two bodies before and after cooperation will be played.Then,the Shapley value method would be used to provide the basis for the distribution of cooperation benefits so as to achieve the purpose of quantifying the value contribution of both bodies.The results of the model show that the revenue of the bank and the E-commerce platform after cooperation was higher than that before the cooperation;the ability to gain clients and the cost variance was the two key factors affecting the distribution of cooperation revenue between the two bodies.Therefore,anyone who can improve their ability to dig out for SME customers will be able to take the initiative in gaining profits in cooperation;the greater the difference in cost variances,the more benefits will be obtained through cooperation between the two bodies.Similarly,the greater the proportion of those who contribute in the difference,the greater will be the initiative in the distribution of income.Finally,according to the conclusions of the model,standing at the bank's point of view,specific suggestions are proposed for improving the cooperative relationship between commercial banks and E-commerce platforms.
