At present,A enterprises to carry out extensive management of customer relationship,not fully aware of the continuous changes of competition in the market,no customer demand for timely tracking and analysis,the performance of the products as the center "instead of" focus on customers as the main center".So,should through the analysis of customer behavior characteristics,by the scientific identification of customer value,to maintain the three aspects of current customers and the development of new customers to the refinement of innovation A enterprise customer relationship management,the customer relationship management of A enterprise development.This paper studies the actual situation around the A enterprise existing customer and customer relationship,based on the premise of customer relationship management,analysis of the introduction of customer consumption characteristics of A enterprises,by correctly judging the value of customers,maintaining customer relationship management three aspects of innovation and development of new customers of the current customer solutions,and according to the relationship between management the implementation of strategy of customer comments.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the comprehensive development of A enterprises,and to promote the sustainable development of enterprise customer relationship.
