As a small and medium-sized medical device manufacturing enterprises,company M seize the great opportunity of the rapid development of China's medical device,has become the manufacture experts of endoscopic diagnostic instruments.Meanwhile,company M is also facing severe challenges as the market environment changing.Slowdown in market growth,demand changes from customer,price competition from the opponent,costs,increase in operating costs,these all require the company M make a change from the rough management in the pursuit of scale to lean management in the pursuit of efficiency,to face the fierce market competition.With the development and popularization of science and technology,it is more difficult to enhance the product competitiveness through technical improvements.In a manufacturing company,the material cost is about 40%to 60%of the total cost of the product,so the purchasing management is very important to enhance the overall strength of the company.Based on the reference of a large number of literature and the related works of procurement management,this thesis mainly studies the purchasing management optimization.For the organizational structure improvement,in accordance with the"purchasing" and "buy" the principle of separation,adjust the procurement functions and organizational structure.The Kraljic matrix model is selected as the material classification method,and the material of company M is subdivided.Based on the material subdivision,the differentiated purchasing strategy is put forward.Simplify the procurement approval process,at the same time to refine the process,to improve the process execution.Strengthen the pertinence,systematic training of procurement staff,to improve the ability of the whole purchasing team.Finally,using the theory of supplier management,an objective,scientific and effective supplier evaluation is established,and the supplier performance evaluation is used as the order allocation principle,reduce the influence of human factors.According the purchasing management optimization,ultimately to improve procurement efficiency and reduce procurement costs,improve the core competitiveness of the M company.
