| With the fast market changes, the competition between companieshas evolved into the supply chain competition. Procurement plays animportant role in product development, manufacturing operations, qualityassurance and business management. This paper analyzes theprocurement management based on material classification under supplychain environment. Finally, the method is applied in laptop materials of ACompany.This paper firstly analyzes the background and needs of procurementmanagement and supplier management, and then expands to3researchfields:1, material classification;2, supplier evaluation and selection;3,supplier performance evaluation. This paper gives3quantified models:an improved three dimensional Kraljic material classification methodbased on AHP, a supplier evaluation and selection method based onTOPSIS, and a supplier performance evaluation method based on grayrelevancy. Finally, an example shows that the method is useful andpractical.This paper improves the traditional2dimensional Kraljic matrix,and builds a3dimensional material classification method: businessinfluence, supply risk and material value, with an emphasize on the role of the purchasing materials in the product life cycle, which is a morescientific classification method. In addition, the procurement strategy isanalyzed with an angle of differentiated management under supply chainenvironment, and the implementation is discussed in two aspects: supplierevaluation and selection, and supplier performance evaluation, whicheffectively solves the problem of no pertinence in traditional supplierevaluation methods. And different algorithms are used to verify themethod. Finally, through the example of A Company, the effectiveness ofthis paper is proved. And it’s theoretically and practically helpful forimproving the efficiency of purchasing and differentiated suppliermanagement. |
