With the development and internationalization of China's market economy,the development of Internet video industry has a direct drive on the development of all walks of life.Online video has penetrated into people's lives and become one of the main ways of entertainment.However,the Internet video industry has the characteristics of capital intensive,the new media enterprise's demand for capital is very large,especially in the rapid growth of the enterprise,such a large number of fund companies are generally unable to completely rely on its own funds,need to use bank credit,equity or debt financing and other channels to raise funds by raising to research funding to develop new projects.LETV as the only one listed in the video website,is also the world's first IPO listed video website,launched its new business model was a storm in the Internet video industry,LETV proposed by the "platform + content + terminal + application music as ecology,is the extension of the Internet TV to become the life of the screen.But the good scenery is not long.Due to the huge demand for funds,in 2016,LETV was broken into a capital chain crisis.Its subsidiary music,sports,music and mobile phones were all affected by the capital chain crisis.This article mainly analyzes the music network,first introduces the related theoretical knowledge of the music network and the capital chain,and then starts with the concrete performance of the break of the fund chain of the music network,and combines the nature and characteristics of the Internet video industry,and makes a detailed study on the situation of raising,using and returning the capital of the enterprise.The actual situation of the enterprise is combined with the theory,and according to the current situation of capital inflow,the problems existing in the operation of funds are found.Finally,the problems of the music network are analyzed according to the operating conditions,investment and financing conditions of the enterprises,and the problems are deeply analyzed,thus providing a view of the music network.Some suggestions to alleviate the crisis of the capital chain.The focus of this paper is to analyze the cause of fracture and the correspondingcountermeasures based on the breakage crisis of the fund chain of the music network.Therefore,the innovation of this paper is to combine theory with practice,explain problems existing in enterprises through theoretical knowledge,and avoid theoretical analysis and lack of persuasiveness.
