In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the Internet industry has also developed vigorously,but Internet industry companies have brought various risks to the market at the same time of rapid development.At present,Internet listed companies have become one of the pillars of China’s economy and play an important role in the contribution of China’s economic output value.However,in recent years,the Internet listed companies represented by Le TV Network have experienced many financial crises,which have had a certain negative impact on China’s capital market.At present,how to prevent the financial crisis of Internet listed companies has become the focus of the Internet industry market,and it is imperative to build an effective early warning model for the risk of capital chain rupture of Internet listed companies.This paper focuses on the case of capital chain rupture of LE view network,with the intention of providing a target for the prevention of capital chain rupture of Internet listed companies in China.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the case of Lexus Network’s capital chain rupture,and analyses the problems of Lexus Network from assets and liabilities,profit statement and cash flow statement.Then,it selects the financial data of listed enterprises in the Internet industry,and constructs the Logistic financial early warning model through calculation and screening of the measurement model.In order to improve the financial early warning ability of the model,this paper uses factor analysis combined with logistic regression model to construct an early warning model suitable for the risk of capital chain rupture of Internet listed companies in China.After testing,the model has high accuracy and good significance,which shows that the model can better early warn the risk of capital chain of Internet enterprises.In addition,the application of this model to the feasibility study of Le Video Network shows that the financial situation of Le Video Network has been abnormal several years before the crisis.Based on the above research,the paper finally puts forward several suggestions on the establishment of risk management department.
