A Corporation VCM Product Quality Control Research Based On Lean Six Sigma

With the continuous improvement of the level of modern production technology,the market competition has become increasingly fierce,and the requirements of customers for products have become higher and higher.Voice Coil Motor(VCM)products produced by Company A are important components in mobile phone cameras.Currently,they are feedback from customers.The dust particle quality level of this product is relatively poor compared with competitors,and the bad dust particles are also given to the company's internal belts.Problems such as returning and rework have come,and the dust quality of the product needs to be improved.This article applies Lean Six Sigma quality management to VCM products to improve product quality.According to the current of the company,the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC II model method introduced.According to the definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control of the improvement activities,starting from the product and related processes,the measurement system analysis and fishbone diagram used.causality matrix analysis,failure model analysis and other methods are studied to find out the factors that affect the dust quality level;then hypothesis testing,experimental design DOE analysis tools for process optimization and quality control;Finally,for the improved product Quality comparison analysis and economic benefit analysis,and put forward control plan and further quality management safeguard measures.This article uses Minitab software to process data to provide technical support for improving enterprise product quality.A company implements the Lean Six Sigma management project.The dust particle quality of VCM products have been effectively improved and achieved improvement goals.It fully affirmed by customers,effectively reducing the number of rework returns,reducing the internal quality loss,and bringing more income.It also provides some reference for other related companies.
