Research On Production Quality Improvement Of X Company Based On Lean Six Sigma

Since the 1980 s,China's manufacturing industry has developed at an alarming rate and has become a major manufacturing country in the world.China's elevator industry has also achieved rapid development.Where there is opportunity,there is competition.In the increasingly fierce competition,companies want to gain profits and maintain competitive advantages need to strengthen the quality of products while reducing cost.Quality is the most resounding business card.Quality not only guarantees the performance of the product,but also enables customers to feel high-quality service,safety and comfort.The intensification of competition poses new challenges to the of the production department's management of a company.As an operating unit,the manufacturing department is responsible for ensuring product quality and controlling reasonable operating costs.More and more elevator companies realize that the success of factory management will directly affect the quality of the company's operations.Therefore,elevator companies have begun to promote lean production and Six Sigma to improve quality levels,reduce costs and shorten the cycle,but the results are minimal.With the development of theory and practice,companies need to combine the advantages of both.However,the economic benefit assessment and practice methods are still not satisfactory.Therefore,it is particularly important to further study the basic theory,economic benefit evaluation and practical methods of Lean Six Sigma.These studies makes a theoretical analysis of lean production and six sigma,and explains their respective advantages and disadvantages by comparing the two management modes and demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of the combination of lean production and Six Sigma,define the connotation of lean six sigma and construct the economic benefit evaluation model of lean six sigma.This paper applies Lean Six Sigma to improve the production quality in elevator products,and combines with the existing quality management system of the enterprise to enhance the ability of the quality management system of the enterprise.According to the current problems of the enterprise,to introduce the DMAIC? model method of lean six sigma.According to the five stages of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control of improvement activities,Identify potential causes of product performance using common management tools such as measurement system analysis,causal matrix analysis,flow charts,and fishbone diagrams.Then use the analysis methods such as hypothesis testing and DOE design experiment to confirm the quality improvement and process optimization of key impact factors and quality problems.Finally,an automated control system based on mobile phone mobile terminals is proposed to ensure quality stability and improve product performance before and after improvement.Compare and analyze economic benefits.This article has more Six Sigma data analysis core ideas,using Minitab software to help automate the processing and analysis of data,make the data results clearer,and provide technical support for improving the quality of enterprise products.Through the implementation of the Lean Six Sigma management project,X Elevator Company has effectively improved the flatness of the hall door products and achieved the improvement target.The products are fully recognized by customers,which effectively reduces rework and return,effectively monitors the quality of the products in the production process,reduces the internal quality loss of the enterprise,and brings more benefits to the enterprise.At the same time,this case also provides reference for other quality improvement of the company,and consolidates and develops the content and structure of X company's quality system.Finally,it also provides some reference for other related enterprises.
