Power grid Enterprise is the key enterprise which is related to national energy security and the lifeline of national economy,undertaking the basic mission of guaranteeing power supply.Since 21st century,with the enlargement of enterprise scale,the increasing of material demand and the problem of power grid material management has been highlighted,the transformation of power grid material management mode and the acceleration from the traditional extensive management mode to the intensive development mode conforming to the law of market competition are the only way to deepen the material intensification.The management of spare parts is an important part of ensuring the safety of power grid enterprises and the key as well as difficult point of material management.At present,the supply mode of multi-level inventory distribution in the power grid enterprise does not match the small probability and burst of equipment maintenance demand that lead to inventory backlog problem get highlighted and occupy a large amount of liquidity;the pyramid-shaped organization model makes the information flow lengthy,and the communication cycle is prolonged,which is inconsistent with the timeliness and agility of the network logistics.The shortage of stock loss is serious,which is unfavorable to the promotion of enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,the research on the inventory system of spare parts of power grid,and the application or mode innovation of technology means to optimize the supply mode of power grid enterprises is of great practical significance to improve the competitiveness of power grid enterprises,and this is also the requirement of implementing the management of storage lean.Based on the analysis of the current situation of spare parts inventory and the characteristics of material supply as well as demand in power grid enterprises,this paper applies the inventory management control theory and transverse transfer theory to the inventory management optimization of spare parts in power grid,at the same time,analyzing the causes and solving principles of the problems caused by inventory backlog and shortage of spare parts.The inventory sharing mode based on joint transport strategy combined with preventive transport strategy and emergency transport strategy is designed,the advantages and characteristics of this model are analyzed.Then,based on the two-level inventory system,this paper constructs a stock sharing model based on joint transport strategy,considering the factors such as inventory cost,order cost,out of stock cost and transportation cost,taking the lowest total system cost as the optimization goal,and designing particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,combined with the case of a grid enterprise,the key parameters of the system are calculated through integer linear programming.The model is solved by using the PSO algorithm and MATLAB program,and the inventory sharing model based on joint forwarding strategy is calculated.Based on the analysis of the total cost,out of stock ratio of the inventory sharing model of contingency strategy and the two-level inventory model,the paper verifies the superiority of the inventory sharing model based on joint transport strategy in solving the inventory backlog and dealing with the shortage problem.
