The Demand Analysis Of The Elderly Life Care Practitioners

The problem of population aging is a serious challenge in the whole country.The main contradiction of the aging development is the contradiction between the growing demand of aged population and the shortage of service industry in the aged population.The healthy development of social elderly living care service system has become one of the current hot issues.In the 19th session of national congress of the communist party of China,Xi Jinping pointed out that implementing a healthy China strategy,actively responding to the aging of the population,building a pension,filial piety,respect for the elderly policy system and social environment,promoting the combination of medical and health,accelerating the aging and industrial development.This paper selects Shandong province as the research object from its southeast coastal area.Its topography is flat and the traffic is convenient.Its economic development is rapid.It is the second largest province of the national population and the first large province of the elderly population.So it has a certain representation in the characteristics of the elderly population and the development stage of the social care service system.At present,there are some problems in Shandong province,such as the system of living care services for the elderly is very imperfect,the labor force participation rate is low,the policy support is small,and the society is concerned about the thinking and curing of the old-age mode.In order to explore the direction and scientific countermeasures of solving this problem,this paper,based on the analysis of influential factors and employee needs of the elderly social care in Shandong province,uses the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and empirical study to reasonably calculate the aged care pressure in the next five years,and forecasts that the population of aged 65 and older in Shandong province will reach 25million,and the gap of elderly care workers up to 8million.Combined with the factors analysis for effective allocation of resources,coping with the aging of the population issues to strengthen policy guidance and industrial personnel training,explore the diversified elderly living care system,building a scientific and perfect service supervision system and other policy recommendations and support,for the future development and improvement of the elderly care system has an important practical significance.
