Research On The Demand For Long-term Care Insurance In The Context Of Population Aging

In 2000,Gansu province followed the national pace to enter the aging society.By the end of 2016 in Lanzhou,the elderly population aged above 65 has reached 362 thousand people,accounting for 9.77% of the total population,higher than the national average,which means that the aging degree of Lanzhou has been serious.With the increasing of age,the elderly sick and the high probability of disability,the demand of the long-term care will increase.At the same time,along with the family structure miniaturization,high medical costs,social security level is limited and the actual situation,the development of the Lanzhou long-term care insurance can solve the problem above effectively.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of long term care insurance,and analyzes the relationship between China and Lanzhou Long-term care insurance development situation and problems encountered in the development.Secondly,according to the actual situation of Lanzhou,from the long-term care insurance demand in Lanzhou is researched in theory,analyzes its influencing factors,and through the questionnaire survey,find the way to collect data and the statistical data long term care insurance related,based on statistical model,analysis of factors affecting the demand of long-term care insurance in Lanzhou using the statistical software.The results show that five factors such as the degree of education,income,the number of children,whether to buy healthproducts,whether to know long-term care insurance influence the demand of long-term care insurance significantly.Finally,according to the results of the analysis on influencing factors of demand the equilibrium of supply and demand and the idea of the problem,based on the actual face,I put forward several advice concerned to promote the development of the Lanzhou health and long-term care insurance soundly.
