Gansu province began to enter the aging society in2005. After7years later, what’s the aging status of Gansu province at present.What’sthe characteristics between the urban and rural areas and differentregions.What’s the influence factors are.What wil happen on the quantityand structure of labor supply in Gansu province in the future.And asrecently as2020, whether the labor demand and supply conditongs ofGansu province will have problems? During the past7years, whether thelabor productivity of Gansu province has began to appear such as generalrules of the theory of labor productivity, population aging will reduce theregional labor productivity.These problems are very useful for understanding the present Gansuprovince population aging situation. Problems based on these will beanalyzed and discussed in this paper.The innovation of this paper lies in:The first, from the research content, among the current literature,there was no such detailed study of labor supply and demand in GansuProvince.This paper will provide the research in this field of Gansuprovince.The second, from the research methods, this paper uses manyquantitative analysis.This is different from the past literature that thereare a lot of articles only focus on theory but no data. The third, whether population aging on social productivity werestudied by qualitative analysis and verification of dynamic for the firsttime.The paper provides a validation of the idea.
