Nowadays,the enterprises are in the high development of information technology,and the increasingly turbulent internal and external environment is hindering the development of modern enterprises.Whether the information can be effectively conveyed or whether the feedback can be carried out in time in the organization is an issue that the organization must pay more attention to in the process of its development.However,the phenomenon of employee silence still exists in the organization,which inevitably leads to asymmetric information of internal and external to the organization.The employee silence has a close relationship with their leaders.This urgently requires that the organization should establish a sound leadership-member communication mechanism to ensure the timeliness of information transmission within the organization and thus improve the operational efficiency and decision-making quality of the organization.The research on the relationship between leadership styles and employee attitude and behavior has been ongoing in the academic community,and the new leadership styles have been unceasingly discovered.In recent years,the emergence of humble leaders can recognize their own shortcomings,appreciate subordinates and keep an open attitude towards new ideas,which is rich in connotation and deserves further discussion and research.After browsing the literature,it was found that the humble leadership has an impact on the employee's various behaviors and attitudes(eg: employee's voice behavior,employee creativity,job performance,job satisfaction,etc.),but relatively speaking,there are more theoretical studies than empirical studies.Therefore,the empirical research on humble leadership needs to be further enriched.Through the carding of domestic and foreign related literature and on the basis of existing theory,this paper firstly proposed the research model.After excluding invalid questionnaires,the paper finally collected 252 questionnaires.After empirical analysis of the data,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The humble leadership has a negative correlation with the employee silence behavior;(2)The humble leadership is positively correlated with the psychological safety;(3)The psychological safety is negatively correlated with the employee silence behavior;(4)The relationship between the humble leadership and the employee silence behavior is partly mediated by thepsychological safety.Through the discussion of the research conclusions,the author points out some enlightenments in the management practice: in the organization,it can improve the effectiveness of the leadership style by training the humble quality of leaders;Setting up a set of feasible suggestions to encourage the recognition system within the organization,and encourage employees to express the existing problems in the organization and improve the issue;Establishing a bidirectional leadership-member communication mechanism in the organization to create an open and peaceful voice atmosphere.The above enlightenment is conducive to breaking the silence behavior of employees in the organization,so that the employees in the organization are active and inject vitality and motivation into the enterprise to promote the healthy development of the enterprise.
