This article takes the status quo of the queuing service of the Local Tax Bureau in L City Y District as the research object.By analyzing the status quo of queuing services in this tax service hall,use the five measurement dimensions of service quality and the SERVQUAL scale to analyze the queuing service quality,to finding out the problem of queuing service in the tax service hall.Using the queuing model,by analyzing the current queuing system technical indicators of the Tax Service Agency,to find out possible queue improvement measures.And establish a full-function window model,effectively reduce the waiting time for taxpayers.Finally,the purpose of improving the queuing service of the tax service office is to improve taxpayer service perception.By strengthening team building,improving internal service quality,implementing the requirements of various tax service systems and regulations,completing the management system of taxation service halls,overlaying processing time and queue waiting time,optimize the Queuing System of tax service hall by using Queuing Theory,can improve the queuing service capacity of the tax service office and realize the conclusion of improving taxpayer service perception.The conclusions of the research and the methods used in the study have been promoted and instructive for improving the service quality of the local taxation bureau's tax service office,it's supplements the study on the improvement of the tax service service of the tax office.
