With the continuous development of society,China's security industry has entered a new stage from several changes.In the development of the security industry,security workers are the creators of the value of security services,and also the key force to improve social stability.At present,there are generally low level of education,serious aging,high turnover rate and labor disputes.Employee satisfaction is an important part of human resource management in enterprises,and also a key factor in corporate culture construction and human resource management practices.For security companies,building a high-quality security team and providing a higher level of security services is the core element of competition among security companies.In order to improve the core competitive power of security companies,the managers of security companies must make reasonable and efficient decision-making from the point of view of the satisfaction of security staff,improve the satisfaction of security staff and stimulate the enthusiasm of the security staff.In the context of the increasing demand for social security and the incentive of competition in the security industry,this paper uses the theory of employee satisfaction,around the status quo of the satisfaction level of TJTB company's security staff,using literature review,questionnaire survey and other research methods,using the work description scale(JDI)and the five level analysis scale of Lee Kate.Analysis tools and related data analysis software,aiming at the problems of the current TJTB company security employees'slack and resignation rate,the quantitative demonstration,the calculation of the satisfaction level of the security staff,the research on the factors affecting the satisfaction of security staff,and the degree of the factors affecting the satisfaction factors of the security staff of the TJTB company,According to the dissatisfaction,the degree of satisfaction is the salary,the work content,the company situation,the welfare,the self realization,the working environment,the interpersonal relationship and the self development.On this basis,the analysis of the low satisfaction of the TJTB company's security staff is that the company's human resource management is not in place,the organizational structure is rigid,and the enterprise is hidden.In view of the lack of cultural construction and imperfect salary system,in view of the deep-seated problems of the company,it is suggested that the company reestablish the"Golden Shield" enterprise culture,change the rigid and lagging organizational structure,and improve the human resource management practices such as employee recruitment,training,appointment,retention and retreat.
