Research On The Financial Security Of Listed Companies In Anhui Province

From 2012 to the present,the GDP growth rate has been declining.After falling below the 8% threshold in 2012,it makes a new low in 2015 and entered the "new normal" stage.In such a new normal economy,enterprises generally feel it harder and harder to make money,and the cost of failing their business is even higher.It can be foreseen that in the new economic normal stage,the importance of the enterprise's financial security and steady operation is even more prominent.In recent years,Anhui Province is committed to industry innovation and vigorously optimize the capital market.Capital markets under its jurisdiction has been rapid development.As the market continued to develop ability to further enhance,corporate financial security situation also received more attention.This article draws on the financial security evaluation index system of "The Report on the Financial Security of Listed Corporations in China(2017)",analyzes the financial security evaluation index system of listed corporations in Anhui Province in recent 10 years from the four dimensions of business security,scale security,capital structure security and cash flow safety.And article also classifies the listed companies by industry,region,estate and equity nature.Through descriptive statistics and comparative analysis,article studies the financial security features of the listed companies in each sub-sample as well as the existing financial security problems.Analysis results show that-from the perspective of scale safety,the growth of scale of listed corporations benefits from not only the expansion of the total economic scale,but also mergers and acquisitions and integration;from the perspective of cash flow security,the overall level of its development is volatile and comparably not high,;from the perspective of business security,although the core business profitability continues to increase,but its profitability still has a lot of room for development;from the perspective of the security of capital structure,although experienced a period of up-and-down,but the long-term capital structure of the listed companies in Anhui Province is very stable and safe.At last,the conclusions of the classified sample research are summarized and the feasible suggestions are put forward.
