With the rapid economic and social development,the development of the security industry is also more and more rapid,more and more important to the community,is the vast majority of social activities,security and protection.But the security industry as a result of the particularity of the industry,in the development process encountered many problems,one of the common problem is that grass-roots security team wastage is high,the problem is also affected by the property industry,not only security guards,Other cleaners and other wastage are high.This problem has a direct impact on the development of the security industry as a whole the focus of the problem,so why the security industry,grassroots employees will have such a high turnover,how can effectively reduce the security team of high wastage is the security company and the entire security industry Must think and to work hard to solve the problem.This paper takes A Security Company as an example.Firstly,it collects the domestic and foreign literatures on staff turnover.Based on the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper adopts a combination of theory and practice.Through interviewing and interviewing the employees of A Security Co.,And find out the reason of high wastage,and put forward the effective measures to reduce the high wastage of security members according to the reasons.In the cause of high wastage,from three aspects,industry factors,business factors and personal factors.Industry factors are a big environment,Shanghai's economic development level is high,attracting people from all over the country to work,including the backward areas of rural labor force,these backward areas of labor,social consciousness generally backward,which is an important reason for the loss of personnel.From the enterprise factors,A security company has branches in the country,but not suitable for their own and professional management,and each branch in view of the degree of economic development level,project development is also a big gap,performance evaluation,incentive System,salary system can not adapt to all employees.Personal factors,most of the staff education level is not high,older or too small,the loss has a great impact.In order to effectively reduce the of security staff in the security industry,combined with the actual situation of A security companies,under the guidance of the relevant literature theory,to improve the effective evaluation mechanism,training programs,reward and punishment system,pay attention to employee career development,all aspects of improvement Staff's own development,etc.,not only reduce the turnover rate of employees,but also to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises and employees.In this paper,A security company as the research object,to study the loss of security personnel,not only to solve the A security company's own problems,but also for the development of the security industry to provide reference.
