In today's rapid development of science and technology,market competition is increasingly fierce.Faced with complicated market environment,the competition between the enterprises is gradually transformed into competition between supply chains.In real life,members of the supply chain not only focus on their own profits,and losses,hope to maximize returns at the same time,the losses are in the range of affordable,it tends to reduce the operation of supply chain performance.Based on the above situation,this paper takes a single retailer and a single supplier of secondary supply chain as the research object,the retailer is allowing limited losses,respectively in the feedback punishment-buyback joint contract and revenue sharing-buyback joint contract and revenue sharing-option joint contract,the coordination of the supply chain is studied,and the main contents include:(1)Based on the feedback punishment-buyback joint contract,the coordination of a secondary supply chain consisting of a limited loss retailer and a supplier is studied.Firstly,the wholesale price model under decentralized decision model is established,and the optimal order decision of the retailer with limited loss is allowed,and the retained profit of the members of the supply chain is given.Secondly,the centralized decision-making model is set up with the goal of maximizing profit.Thirdly,the feedback punishment-buyback joint contract model is established in the decentralized decision-making mode,and the optimal solution of the model is given.Then,the paper discusses how to coordinate this supply chain and give the conditions that the contract parameters should be satisfied when the supply chain is coordinated.Finally,numerical examples are used to verify the theoretical results.(2)Based on the revenue sharing-buyback joint contract,the coordination of the supply chain with a single supply and a single retailer is studied of the secondary supply chain,and the retailer is allowing limited losses.First of all,we set up the revenue sharing-buyback joint decision model of supply chain under the contract,model of the optimal solution is obtained by mathematical method.Secondly,we analyze whether the revenue sharing-buyback joint contract can coordinate this supply chain,and give the condition that the contract parameter that the supply chain coordinates should satisfy;finally,numerical examples are used to verify the feasibility of the model.(3)Based on the revenue sharing-option joint contract,the coordination of the supply chain that consists of a retailer and a supplier,and the retailer is allowing limited losses.First of all,the decentralized decision model was built based on revenue sharing-option joint contract,and the optimal solution of the model is given.Secondly,analysis of revenue sharing-option joint contract whether can coordinate the supply chain,and give the conditions that the supply chain should satisfy the contract parameters when the supply chain is coordinated.Finally,numerical examples are used to verify the effectiveness of the coordination. |
