Study On Agricultural Technology Promotion System In Hunan Province

Hunanas a large agricultural province,The level of agricultural development is of great importance to the overall development of society and economy in the province.Agricultural technology promotion plays an extremely important role in agricultural development.The Hunan agricultural technology promotion system was established with the birth of new China.With the development of society and economy,Hunan's agricultural science and technology promotion system has been continuously reformed and perfected,but on the whole,the current promotion system is obviously unable to meet the needs of the transformation of the current economic system and the development of agriculture.This paper takes Hunan agricultural promotion system as the research object,using the methods of literature analysis,investigation and case analysis,analyzes the present situation,the existing problems and the causes of the problems in Hunan agricultural science and technology promotion system.Based on the experience at home and abroad,this paper discusses the ways and measures of innovation and reform of agricultural technology promotion system in Hunan under the new economic situation.The main contents of this study are divided into six parts:the first chapter mainly introduces the background of this study,puts forward the significance of this study,through the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,according to the latest research results and directions at home and abroad,The second chapter defines the basic concepts involved in this study and combs the relevant theories which form the theoretical basis of this study.The third chapter has carried on the thorough analysis to the Hunan agricultural technology promotion system,mainly includes the government promotion organization and the social promotion main body two aspects,has carried on the summary to the present development present situation and has emphatically pointed out the existing problems.Chapter 4th mainly analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in Hunan's agricultural technology promotion system,and chapter 5th analyzes the typical agricultural technology promotion systems in foreign countries,including the United States,Japan and India.These three countries have developed countries with both a western market economy and a relatively backward economy.Through the analysis and summary of their successful experiences in the promotion of agricultural science and technology,As an important reference for the reform of Hunan agricultural technology promotion system,chapter 6th puts forward the improvement and innovation strategy of Hunan agricultural technology promotion system.Then the concrete measures are put forward from the government promotion organization and other social promotion subjects,and finally,the guarantee measures of reform and innovation are put forward.
